In USA alone, estimates are that over 10 million OC Pepper Sprays are sold every year. Moreover the US Law Enforcement Agencies are using Pepper Sprays as a more humane way to subdue criminals for over a decade now.
Others too have followed their lead. Europe is using Pepper Sprays.
